Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States.
No hidden fees will be added at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delivery Delays
SwiftCycle is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
- Events beyond our control
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package (if damaged)
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, SwiftCycle only ships within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
