1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days across the United States after processing.
2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, SwiftCycle only ships within the United States.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information.
7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
8. What is your refund policy?
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
