At SwiftCycle, we understand that plans can change. Please review our order cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

In this case, you may request a return according to our 30-day Return Policy and 14-day Refund Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the order
  • Your cancellation request

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
