30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper assembly.
Products that are customized, final sale, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
14-Day Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within 14 days of receiving your order and the item meets our return requirements.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
- Refunds may be refused if the item is returned damaged, used, or incomplete.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
